Description
Amazon Linux AMI is a supported and maintained Linux image designed for DevOps teams. It enables users to provision tasks from within an Amazon EC2 instance, limit remote access capabilities by using SSH key pairs and by disabling remote root login, launch permissions that control which AWS accounts can use the AMI to launch instances, as well as select which image attributes to display, such as the root device type. Features include security alerts, package repositories, block device mapping, system manager, and launch wizard.
