Description

Apache Samza is a distributed stream processing framework designed for developers. It enables users to build and write stateful applications that process data in real-time from multiple sources (including Apache Kafka). Features include support for deployment on YARN, Kubernetes, or as a standalone library, low latency/high throughput, scales to several terabytes of state, ability to run the same code to process batch and streaming data, incremental checkpoints and host-affinity, flexible deployment options, APIs (low-level, Streams DSL, Samza SQL, and Apache BEAM), integration with Kafka, HDFS, AWS Kinesis, Azure Eventhubs, K-V stores, and ElasticSearch.
