Description

Azure Backup is a centralized backup solution designed for SecOps teams. It enables users to monitor, operate, govern, and optimize data protection, back up and restore data from virtual machines with application consistency in Windows, store backups in locally redundant storage (LRS), geo-redundant storage (GRS), and zone-redundant storage (ZRS), audit and analyze backup data, optimize backup cost with patterns and insights under reports, as well as grant fine-grained access for specific backup operations. Features include application consistency, multiple workload support, security configurations, policy management, and multiple user authentication.
