Azure Blueprints is a cloud-based project building and management (organizational compliance with a set of built-in components) platform designed for software development teams. It enables users to orchestrate the deployment of resource templates and artifacts (role assignments, resource groups); track blueprint versions to push updates; eliminate unwanted changes and misconfiguration; apply the blueprint to updated subscriptions and environments. Features include Azure resource groups, role assignments, ARM templates, security management, and subscription management.
