It enables users to monitor the impacts on cloud resources, get guidance and share updates, notify active and upcoming service issues, review active incidents, planned maintenance and health advisories, receive alerts through the preferred channels (push notification, webhook), as well as visualize incident history and get RCAs to share with stakeholders.
