Bentley PowerCivil is a 2D and 3D modeling solution designed for survey, graphical coordinate geometry (COGO), digital terrain modeling, site grading, water and sewer, storm drainage, and street design. It enables civil engineers and developers to gain real-time visual feedback on design object changes with adjustments of associated features, resolve unsuitable conditions on the fly, and interactively design in plan, profile, section, and 3D. Features include field-to-finish integration, visual modeling, multi-format support (survey data collectors, DGN, DWG, XML, and PDF), productivity and collaboration tools, wizards for intelligent land features (pads, ponds, channels, subdivisions, streets, and roads), and object oriented tools for client changes (with no loss of accuracy or design integrity).
