It enables users to manage call transaction rates and packet processing; optimize network topology based on usage patterns; connect voice and IP data traffic with CS/PS core network; handle latency by creating a GTP-U tunnel for data transport between the RNC and the GGSN; control session flow on a flow classification basis. Features include WiMAX network support, location management, L2TP tunneling, OSPF routing, dynamic QoS renegotiation, session redirection, and Gx interface support.
