It enables users to optimize connectivity by matching switch-port performance to the requirements of connected devices, aggregate up to 15 physical ISLs into a logical bundle, manage bandwidth and administrate latency, streamline traffic management by augmenting the Fibre Channel’s Buffer-to-Buffer credit mechanism, verify connectivity, route latency and restrict broadcasts, restart failed supervisor processes automatically, as well as discover topology, configure fabrics and determine faults.
