Dell EMC SnapView is a storage-system-based software application designed for network storage administrators. It enables users to create a copy of a LUN by using either clones or snapshots, manage access to a point-in-time copy of production data with a modest impact on performance, execute a recovery operation on a clone by initiating a reverse synchronization and on a snapshot session, and protect data corruption with a rapid recovery capability (through clones). Features include performance management, backup management, data loss prevention, reverse synchronization, Navisphere CLI support, and configuration management.
