IDBS ActivityBase is a screening data management platform designed for pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and academic research institutions. It enables users to capture, store, and analyze experimental processes, and manage high-, medium-, and low-throughput data generated from all types of assays. Features include built-in object/compound registration tools, support for a range of biochemical, cellular, and biophysical assay formats (Ion Channel, FLIPR, Kinetic, SPR, and mass spectrometry), integration with HCS imaging stores, a scientific data analysis engine, and support of sample, container, and result genealogy, as well as for the definition of container type dimensions whether flasks or high-density microtiter plates.
