Description
Intel Lustre is a branded distribution of an open-source parallel file system (PFS) platform designed for high-performance computing (HPC) and non-HPC applications. It enables users to manage the throughput of multiple petabytes of data, access data and distributed locking, store configuration information and registry, as well as address fault tolerance requirements. Features include application workload management, requirement evaluation, namespace support, 100 GB/s (100 X 10243 bytes per second) bandwidth aggregation, and SAS-2 support.
