Kronos EZCall (now UKG EZCall for Physicians) is a cloud-based automated physician scheduling solution designed for clinicians and physicians. It enables users to create, manage, and track schedules, view individual or department schedules and upcoming assignments, initiate shift swaps, automatically assess changes for validity, record calls, credits, hours, and trades to ensure payroll accuracy, create or retract requests, and compare the originally published schedule with the current schedule. Features include rules-based configurable scheduling, reporting capability, vacation lotteries manager, dashboards, integration with multiple external systems, historical pattern analysis, and call distribution.
