Description

LAMS (Learning Activity Management System) is an open source tool for designing, managing, and delivering online collaborative learning activities. It enables teachers to access a visual learning design system for creating, managing, and delivering sequential learning activities such as individual tasks, small group work, and whole class exercises. Features include LAMS Central Repository (learning sequences shared by teachers), integration with other learning management systems (such as Moodle, Sakai, Blackboard, .LRN, WebCT, SharePoint, and OLAT), and LAMS Tool Contract (architecture to allow tool interoperability across LMS systems).
