It enables users to add contacts from the LinkedIn accounts, automatically generate a preview to give recipients a peek into the contents of the destination, specify inbound and outbound scanning and notification options for malware filtering, create and maintain database copies, and perform an In-Place eDiscovery search by selecting the mailboxes, and then specifying search criteria such as keywords, start and end dates, and message types. Features include role-based access control, policy and compliance management, data loss prevention, information rights management, and mail flow management. Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 is preceded by Microsoft Exchange Server 2016.
