These products enable users to access focused applications such as targeted resequencing, metagenomics, small genome sequencing, targeted gene expression profiling. Features include 540 Mb - 15 Gb output range, 1 – 25 million sequencing reads per run, 2 x 300 bp max read lengths, a touch screen interface, plug-and-play reagent cartridges (with RFID tracking), onboard data analysis, access to BaseSpace Sequence Hub, real-time data uploading, and internet-based run monitoring.
