NovaSeq is a line of sequencing systems and products designed for genetic researchers. These products enable users to manage workflows with BaseSpace Clarity (or an existing LIMS), prepare libraries with library preparation kits, generate sequences with sequencing by synthesis (SBS) chemistry, analyze data (with integration into BaseSpace Sequence Hub), as well as interpret and share results in a secure cloud environment. Features include sequencing workflows, automated library preparation, data analysis, load-and-go reagent cartridges, automated flow cell loading, onboard cluster generation, automated reagent traceability, and compatibility of sequencing reagents and flow cells.
