ODP.NET (Oracle Data Provider for .NET) is a .NET framework designed for application developers. It enables users to build .NET stored procedures using Visual Basic .NET, C#, and other .NET languages, host Microsoft Common Language Runtime (CLR) in an external process on the server-side to execute .NET stored procedures, as well as analyze and troubleshoot problems at the backend and other types of business transactions.
