Oracle Database 19c is a multi-model relational and non-relational database designed for IT organizations. It enables users to optimize the execution time of database upgrades, updates and revisions, streamline agile relocation of pluggable databases (PDBs) between container databases (CDBs), define regular snapshots, evaluate the executing SQL and the underlying tables to determine which indexes, validate assumptions and accelerate analytic queries by orders of magnitude, route analytic queries to the columnar format and transactional queries to the row format automatically, as well as streamline the throughput of key-value lookups compared to conventional methods. Features include database management, real application clustering (RAC) capability, automatic storage management, recovery management, data encryption, dynamic data masking, privilege record analysis, active directory (AD) integration, and JSON support.
