Oracle Service Bus is a standards-based application integration solution designed for mission-critical service-oriented architecture (SOA) environments. It enables users to transform architectures into agile integration networks by connecting, virtualizing, and managing interactions between services and applications, control the service and policy configurations, monitor the system and operations tasks, establish loose coupling between service clients and business services, as well as receive messages through a transport protocol such as HTTP(S), JMS, File, and FTP, and send messages through the same or a different transport protocol.
