Oracle XML DB is a native XML storage and retrieval solution designed for application developers. It enables users to store, manage, organize, and manipulate XML content stored in the database, perform insert, delete, modify, and rename operations, query and manipulate XMLType values stored in the Oracle Database, transform procedures that generate derived XBRL views based on XBRL relational representations, network generation APIs, or dimensional information, and query XML data using XBRL semantics.
