Philips CX50 is a fully functional laptop-sized ultrasound system designed for healthcare organizations. It enables users to streamline the penetration in technically difficult patients with a single transducer, virtually adjust all scanning parameters on single images, clips, and stored 2D and Doppler data, manage abdominal and vascular surgical procedures, identify differences between healthy and unhealthy tissue, as well as visualize blood flows labeled with inversion recovery (IR) pulses. Features include assessment and analysis capabilities with QLAB’s Q‐Apps: GI 3D quantification (GI 3DQ), patient exams management, wireless and wired DICOM, support for the L15-7io intraoperative linear transducer and the V6-2 4D convex probe, and image viewing.
