Pilgrim Quality Solutions (now SmartSolve EQMS) is a quality and compliance management solution designed for the life sciences industries. It enables users to automatically calculate supplier ratings based on quality event results such as incoming inspections, nonconformances, CAPAs, and audit findings, control and manage quality processes with ISO standards, GMP, GCP, and GLP, perform supplier evaluation and selection, and subsequent maintenance of suppliers, assess and analyze quality-based risks throughout the value chain, and monitor the aspects such as raw material deviations, process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and shipping nonconformances.
