Schrodinger PyMol is an open-source Python-based molecular visualization software designed for chemists. It enables users to view, share, and analyze the molecular data, insert fully interactive molecular data into presentations, depict protein structure morphing and animate ensembles and trajectories, as well as produce 3D images of small molecules and biological macromolecules. Features include 30 different file formats supported, 3D visualizations, nucleic acid mutagenesis wizard, sequence viewer, pre-integrated volume rendering, online and in-person technical training and support, and support for Windows, Mac, Linux, and iPad.
