Description

Synopsys TCAD is a comprehensive suite of process and device simulation tools designed for semiconductor designers and manufacturers. It enables users to simulate and manage properties and transport mechanisms, optimize materials in a product system, evaluate interconnect resistance and capacitance, optimize etching and sputtering processes, accomplish density functional theory (DFT) using pseudo-potentials and linear combinations, augment GPAW data set for LDA, as well as contrive DFT simulations (LCAO and plane-wave basis sets).
