TouchBistro is an iPad restaurant POS platform designed for restaurants. It enables users to accept reservations through the website, optimize operation by organizing floor plans and tracking guest status, send automatic SMS and email reservation reminders and confirmations, share reviews and ratings from customers, apply checkout by modifying taxes and gratuity, customize receipts with branding and tip guides, stimulate spending with a customized program design, scan barcodes with the iPad or handheld scanner, generate a delivery route and ticket for delivery orders automatically, as well as customize accounts with employee-specific settings. Modules include Reservations, Online Ordering, Restaurant Credit Card Processing, Kiosk – Self Ordering for Quick Service, and Loyalty.
