X-Ways is a line of computer forensics software designed for security applications. These products enable users to read partitioning and file system structures inside raw (.dd) image files, view and edit binary data structures using templates, analyze remote computers in conjunction with F-Response, tag and add files to customized report tables of notable items, review existing and deleted files in all subdirectories, reconstruct variants of failed disk-based RAID systems, as well as detect and access to NTFS alternate data streams (ADS). Products include X-Ways Forensics, X-Ways Investigator, WinHex, and X-Ways Imager.
