In business since 1997, NIS Solutions is an award-winning and process driven, SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) whose mission is to provide innovative full spectrum classified and unclassified IT services and solutions to the Federal Government, including: IT service management, data center operations, service desk, information security, systems engineering and network support. We utilize state-of-the-art tools to capture and report key Performance metrics. Finally, we monitor service level indicators for Continual Service Improvement.
