Avaya IP Deskphones is a series of IP desk phones designed for telecommunication and contact centers. It enables users to manage converged voice and data applications, access context-sensitive displays and fixed keys for the conference, transfer, and hold, store up to six phone numbers of up to 250 contacts, see recent calls and instant messages, as well as get 360-degree visual alerts for incoming calls and voicemail. Series include Avaya 1600 Series IP Deskphones, Avaya 9600 Series IP Deskphone, Avaya IP Deskphone J179 TSG, Avaya 1100 Series IP Deskphones, and Avaya 1120E IP Deskphone.
