AWS Managed Services (AMS) is an infrastructure operations management platform designed for IT administrators. It enables users to augment and optimize operational capabilities, build and maintain a repository of compliance, operational and security guidelines, migrate production workloads, address the shortage of experienced cloud operators, identify candidate workloads from the application pipelines, define the backup schedules, frequency and retention periods, as well as aggregate and store logs generated. Features include incident management, service request management, AWS health integration, cloud service delivery manager (CSDM), firewall management, security monitoring, and traffic management.
