Azure QnA Maker is a web-based natural language processing (NLP) solution designed for application developers. It enables users to automatically extract question-answer pairs from semi-structured content, including FAQs, product manuals, guidelines, support documents, and policies, create, edit, and train the multiturn conversations, author and upload answers directly in the knowledge base, develop a natural conversational layer over the data, filter static information based on meta-information, and analyze structured and semi-structured content to imply relationships between the question and answer pairs. Features include pre-determined conversation flow, machine learning, multi-lingual support, built-in text editor, and metadata tags.
