Azure Resource Manager (ARM) is an Azure subscription provision resource platform designed for developers and administrators. It enables users to create, update, and delete resources, manage the infrastructure through declarative templates, organize access to Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) management platform, create tags to resources logically, set up billing and subscriptions, view backup created from production MongoDB database in a different geographic region, as well as leverage built-in backup and replication, and service patching.
