Azure Site Recovery is a native disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) solution designed for SecOps teams. It enables users to replicate workloads running on physical and virtual machines (VMs) from a primary site to a secondary location, set up and manage replication, failover, and failback from a single location in the Azure portal, sequence the failover and recovery of multi-tier applications running on multiple VMs, orchestrate replication without intercepting application data, as well as capture disk data, all data in memory, and all transactions in process. Features include customized recovery plans, data resilience, workload replication, Azure Automation library, and load balancer configuration.
