BatchMaster is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software designed for manufacturing industries. It enables users to adjust formulas during both product development and production dynamically, manage raw materials, costs, and instructions for sub-assembly, handle inventory (based upon quality status, units of measure, expiration date, lot number, strength, license, and serial number), analyze formulas, auto-generate and schedule batch orders, and execute inventory movements within one or more facilities (including receiving, putaway, cycle counting, production, pick, pack, and shipping tasks). Modules include lab and formulation, packaging BOM, batch production, quality control, tracking and compliance, product costing, and inventory management.
