BOSH is a software development and application lifecycle management solution designed for application developers. It enables users to provision and deploy software over hundreds of virtual machines, integrate sources, third party components, data, and deployment externals of a software system, configure local disks and format attached (secondary) disks, handle the underlying networking and virtual machines (VMs), as well as extract files from an archive and copy them to the proper target directory.
