Cisco 12000 (also known as Gigabit Switch Router) is a series of network router designed for data centers. It enables users to optimize optical private line aggregation, prioritize voice, video, and data services through shared port adapters (SPAs) and SPA interface processors (SIPs), manage routing performance through silicon technologies, establish planned and unplanned network downtime, as well as accelerate upgradable modular switch fabric and Cisco IOS XR Software.
