Description

Cisco 2504 is an application visibility and control (AVC)-based wireless controller designed for network administrators. It enables users to classify the application and analyze traffic by the quality of service (QoS), export the flow to Cisco Prime Infrastructure or a third-party NetFlow Collector, manage the profiling of wireless devices and policies using VLAN assignment and ACL, optimize the delivery of video applications across the WLAN, accelerate productivity and collaboration at remote site locations, as well as establish wireless connections without the need for a physical connection to the wired network. Features include 75 access points, CAPWAP-compliant Datagram Transport Layer Security (DTLS) encryption capability, Cisco VideoStream integration, payment card industry (PCI) support, separate service set identifier (SSID) tunnel capability, and IPv6 troubleshooting capability.
