Cisco Nexus 4000 is a purpose-built blade switch and data center bridging (DCB) switch module designed for IT organizations. It enables users to optimize blade server access, investment protection and VM mobility, configure, troubleshoot, and repair the server access link, as well as streamline investment protection and receive alerts on proactive diagnostics. Features include performance management, total cost of operation (TCO) optimization, server virtualization enhancement, resilience enhancement, 10 Gigabit Ethernet server-facing downlink capability, and 10/100/1000BASE-T port support. Modules include Nexus 4001 and Nexus 4001d.
