Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) is a cloud-based reporting platform designed for contact center supervisors and business users. It enables users to create a comprehensive information portal, report on relevant business data, access information using permanent web links (permalinks), build reporting queries and access external databases and data sources, reorder, hide and unhide report columns, modify the content through the wizard by applying filter criteria to identify exceptions, as well as report data to a JSON object.
