cryoSPARC is a cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) scientific platform designed for research and drug discovery pipelines. These products enable users to streamline end-to-end single-particle cryo-EM workflow, solve high-resolution structures of biologically important targets, coordinate vectors that specify positions on the protein’s conformational landscape, resolve canonical maps that are improved relative to conventional refinement methods, substantially improve the map quality and local resolutions in the peripheral helices, and recover the continuous motion and detailed 3D structure of flexible proteins from cryo-EM data.
