Dell EMC Clariion is a line of SAN disk array powered storage systems designed for enterprise organizations. These products enable users to store electronic data, provide battery power to de-stage the cache to the disk vault area, shut down in power failure, automate verification processes, and transmit a machine-initiated message to EMC through an external modem. Features include error correcting code (ECC) protected memory, VMware ESX Server integration, and intuitive management interface. It has been replaced by the EMC VNX series.
