Docker EE (Enterprise Edition) is a container-as-a-service (CaaS) platform designed for enterprise development and IT teams. It enables users to deploy workloads for high availability onto the orchestrator (across disparate infrastructure), automate provisioning pods, containers, and cluster resources, build, ship, and run business-critical applications in production and at scale, deploy applications from images, by managing orchestrators, like Kubernetes and Swarm, as well as run multiple manager nodes in the cluster.
