EPMS (Enterprise Print Management Solutions) is a print management information system (MIS) designed for printing and graphic art industries. It enables users to manage business processes unique to the internal print business, from order entry to invoice, track cost center productivity, and streamline business processes through financial and management controls. In addition, EPMS allows sales personnel to submit inquiries into the system via mobile devices or customers to submit requests using built-in wizards. The system supports sheet-fed offset, digital, flexo, web, super-wide format, screen printers, forms printers, and specialty printers. Modules include Customer Service (CRM, RFQ, Estimating, and Order Entry), Production (Inventory, Finished Goods Inventory, Purchasing Scheduling, Data Collection, Job Costing, and Shipping), and Financial (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cash Book).
