It enables users to manage and access electronic communications history, index messages and files automatically, retrieve the email history and old file versions of the employees, validate and store a single copy of a multi-recipient email and attachments with single-instance storage (SIS), accelerate server performance and optimize connection on unreliable PST files, as well as search and retrieve faxes from the archive sent by GFI FaxMaker.
