It enables users to share code, notes and snippets, create, store and navigate repositories, search Gists by language through Gist Search, visualize commit history and embed text field, copy a shareable link to send, clone (or copy) the gist via the git command to a local repository, publish and track text changes, embed code within the web page, as well as share and view revisions over time.
