It enables users to resolve a help desk ticket and handle multiple sessions; send and receive files in a live or unattended support session; access customers system information, including hardware and software configurations; host up to 8 sessions simultaneously per technician; highlight and point to items on the customer's screen; manage deployments and schedule outages.
