M-Modal (now part of 3M CDI solutions) is a line of closed-loop clinical documentation solutions designed for healthcare organizations. These products enable users to streamline the claim audit workflow, automate the identification of deficient documentation, capture the patient narrative using either telephony or a computer, create, edit, and sign reports directly in electronic health record (EHR) templates, and analyze and monitor patient charts for optimal hierarchical condition category (HCC) coding and reporting. Products include Fluency Direct, Fluency for Imaging, M*Modal Scout, Fluency Flex, Fluency Mobile, Fluency Voice Manager, Fluency for Transcription, and CDI Engage.
