Oracle Depot Repair is a depot repair processing solution designed for repair centers and service providers. It enables users to manage the return of broken and serviceable items, improve customer interaction with service depots, access numbers to contact, understand the customer's issue and resolve calls, trace the origin of a repair issue and the follow-up actions, determine the repair management processes and logistics, as well as change the status of the replaced item to indicate out of service. Features include return materials authorization (RMA), sales order management, transaction management, Oracle Costing integration, inventory organization, and Oracle Advanced Scheduler integration.
