Palo Alto Wildfire is a malware prevention solution designed for IT security professionals. It enables users to mitigate risks associated with evasive attacks, identify files with potential malicious behaviors, detect threats in traffic across applications (including web traffic, email protocols like SMTP, IMAP, and POP, and file-sharing protocols like SMB and FTP) regardless of ports or encryption, monitor network activity produced by suspicious files, and analyze and follow multiple stages of attack from a file analysis standpoint.
