SAP Manager Self-Service (MSS) is an SAP Enterprise Portal (SAP EP)-based intuitive interface designed for team leaders and line managers. It enables users to approve leave requests and working times from Employee Self-Service (WDA), access data from RFC, design reports in SAP Query, extract data and generate transactions for building and developing the workforce, execute personnel change requests and run employee self-service applications, as well as test, documentation and training of users. Features include SAP NetWeaver support, employee assessment capability, content management, benefits management, travel request creation, and application management.
