Description

Synopsys CustomSim is a FastSPICE simulation solution designed for circuit design engineers. It enables users to leverage a single simulator for verifying all design types and performing the post-layout analysis, reuse test benches and measurements from pre-layout simulations for post-layout verification with back-annotation, streamline the usability through a common set of inputs, outputs, and device models, simulate emerging design styles incorporating digitally-controlled analog functions such as RF transceivers, PLLs, and Sigma Delta Converters, and identify electrical rule violations and power management failures. Features include native design rule checking, integration with CustomExplorer Ultra verification environment, full-chip fanout analysis, leakage power characterization, and circuit simulation.
